The General Officers of this Convention shall be:

• President
• First Vice President
• Second Vice President
• Executive Secretary
• Treasurer
• Financial Secretary
• Recording Secretary
• Assistant Recording Secretary
• Historian
• Divisional Vice-Presidents
• Immediate Past President
• Executive Board Members at Large
• General Vice President of Ministers' Council

Other officers shall be elected as the body deems necessary to carry out the work of the Convention.

Membership

Membership in this Convention shall be composed of Christian churches, Associations or other bodies of the Baptist persuasion in the state of Michigan who:

1. Apply, in writing, for membership
2. Are accepted by vote of the Executive Board and presented to the Convention in Annual Session. During the interim, members of said Churches may participate in the Divisional work but cannot hold office until presentation at the Annual Session.
3. Believe and practice the doctrine set forth herein under Article X Section (1) of the Bylaws.
4. Subscribe to and support the purposes and objectives of this Convention as set forth herein under Article (2) of the Bylaws.
5. Submit statistical information as requested by the Convention.
6. Contribute a minimum of $1.00 per member, annually, toward the expenses of the Convention.
